What Payment Method Can I Use?

Sunday Formal currently accepts PayPal for purchases made through the website. Payment is completed through the checkout process presented on the site.

How Long Does Order Preparation Take?

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Orders submitted before 01:00 PM (GMT-4) are handled the same day. 

How Long Does Shipping Take After Dispatch?

After an order is dispatched, transit takes 6 to 11 business days. Preparation time and transit time are separate parts of the shipping process.

Is Shipping Free?

Yes. Shipping is provided at no additional cost.

When Can I Request a Return?

Return requests can be made within 30 days from the date your order is received. Items should be unused and unworn and should be returned with original packaging and tags where applicable.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. There is no restocking fee for an approved return.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

After a returned item is received and the return is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within up to 10 days. If the refund does not arrive within that period, please contact customer service.

How Can I Get Help With a Damaged or Different Item?

If an order arrives damaged or you receive a different item than expected, contact customer service with clear photographs showing the issue, including packaging photographs where relevant, along with the relevant order information. The situation will then be reviewed for an appropriate resolution.
