Key Shipping Details

Sunday Formal provides free shipping. Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, followed by a transit period of 6 to 11 business days after dispatch.

Order Timing

Orders submitted before 01:00 PM (GMT-4) will enter processing on the same day. 

Preparation and Transit

Order preparation takes 1 to 3 business days. This is the time used to process and prepare an order before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, transit takes 6 to 11 business days.

Preparation time and transit time are separate parts of the process. Transit begins after dispatch, so customers should consider both stages when reviewing the shipping timeframe.

Order Handling and Tracking

After an order is submitted, processing begins according to the applicable handling timeframe. Once the order is dispatched, tracking information is provided so the shipment can be followed through its delivery progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free. No shipping charge is added to the order for the stated shipping service.

Delivery Delays

Shipping timeframes can be affected by circumstances outside the normal preparation and transit process. If an order has not arrived within the expected transit timeframe, allow an additional 2 business days. If the order still has not arrived after that period, contact customer service so the shipment can be reviewed.

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, contact customer service as early as possible. Cancellation may be possible before processing or shipping begins. Once an order is already being prepared or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If an order arrives damaged or you receive a different item than expected, contact customer service with clear photographs showing the issue, packaging photographs where relevant, and the relevant order information. The situation will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution will be arranged.
