Sunday Formal provides free shipping. Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, followed by a transit period of 6 to 11 business days after dispatch.

Order Handling and Tracking

After an order is submitted, processing begins according to the applicable handling timeframe. Once the order is dispatched, tracking information is provided so the shipment can be followed through its delivery progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free. No shipping charge is added to the order for the stated shipping service.

Returns Overview

Return requests are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is received. There is no restocking fee. After an approved return is received, the refund is issued to the original payment method within up to 10 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sunday Formal does not cover or reimburse the cost of sending an approved return back to the store.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items should be unused and unworn and should be returned with their original packaging and tags where applicable. Return requests submitted after the 30 day return period cannot be processed under this policy.
